Xeloparin Build Yard provides professional engineering and advisory services rather than retail products. This website does not offer a checkout, ship physical goods, or accept payment through the browser-only discovery form. There is therefore no conventional product return process attached to this website.
If an engagement needs to pause or end
Project work can change direction for sound reasons. If a client needs to pause, reschedule or end an engagement, they should contact Xeloparin as early as possible at [email protected]. We will review the current scope, work already performed, committed third-party costs, materials delivered and the terms of the applicable agreement.
Because engineering work may involve time, research, planning and bespoke implementation that cannot be returned, a cancellation does not automatically mean that completed or committed work is refundable. The controlling terms are the ones agreed for the specific engagement.
How refund questions are assessed
If there is a billing concern, contact us with the invoice reference and a clear description of the issue. We will review the record in good faith, including the engagement agreement, the work requested, completed deliverables and any relevant communications. Where a correction, credit or refund is appropriate under the agreement or applicable law, it will be handled using a reasonable method and timeframe.
Charge questions and payment disputes
Please contact Xeloparin before initiating a payment dispute where possible. A direct conversation often helps identify whether an invoice was sent in error, a scope detail was misunderstood or a record needs correction. This request does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law or payment-provider rules.
